1. General Terms

1.1. In these online shopping terms and conditions and the (Herbap Matrix) e-commerce store special
terms (as defined below) (collectively, "these Terms and Conditions"), "Herbap Matrix" or "we" refers to the
Herbap Matrix business solely operated by our company. And as the "Customer" or "you" refers to any
individual, institution, or company that places an order for our goods or services. Please read these Terms
and Conditions carefully before using this website. Your use of the e-store or any part thereof constitutes
your acknowledgement that you have read these Terms and Conditions and your acceptance to be bound
by them.

1.2. We will make every effort to ensure that the prices, data, and sizes of the goods listed on the ecommerce
store are updated. We reserve the right to change the prices of the goods without prior notice.
We can, at our sole discretion, decide whether to accept the orders based on stock availability.

1.3. We will make every effort to ensure that the goods listed on the e-commerce store are available in
stock. If any goods are not available to be provided to the customer due to stock shortage, we have the
right to provide a substitute of the same type and price.

1.4. Orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant goods. If we are
unable to provide any ordered product or service, we have the right to reject that order.

2. User Registration

2.1. You must register online as our user in order to place orders for goods or services on the e-commerce
store. By registering, you undertake that:
* You will provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about yourself as requested.
* You will ensure the proper safekeeping of your username and password.
* Only you or those authorized by you will use your username and password to login to the e-commerce
store.
* We have the absolute discretion to reject any new user's application and terminate any registered user's
account without providing any reason.

2.2. If there are any changes to the information you have registered, you can log into your account to
update it or immediately notify our customer service department by phone or email, so that we can ensure
we have the most up-to-date information for you.

2.3. If your account is inactive for a certain period of time (currently 3 years), it will be de-activated in order
to protect you and us. All points and/or electronic coupons in your account will also be cancelled (if
applicable). If you wish to shop on the e-commerce store again, you will need to apply for a new account.

3. Privacy Protection

To protect your personal data privacy rights, we ensure that our policies and practices for collecting, using,
retaining, transferring, and accessing personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data
(Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Please refer to our privacy policy statement.

4. Payment Methods

4.1. The e-store accepts payment through our designated PayMe, FPS, and other specified electronic
payment methods. All product values are calculated in Hong Kong dollars. The product prices on the e-store
may differ from those in our physical store, and the prices shown on the e-store at the time of ordering will
prevail.

4.2 All online orders are subject to our full discretion and availability of stock. You will receive the final sales
receipt when you collect the goods (at SF Express, in-store, or office).

5. Other

5.1. Basis of Supply: We only sell and deliver products to end consumers. We will not sell our products for
the purpose of resale. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are purchasing our products for
resale rather than personal use, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order.

5.2. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable to you or any third party if we are unable to provide the products
or services you require accurately due to a force majeure event (including natural disasters, fire, flood,
accidents, riots, war, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failure, or any
other circumstances beyond our control).

5.3. You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of your rights and obligations under these
Terms and Conditions to any other person without our prior written consent.

5.4. If any of the terms and conditions in this document are interpreted as illegal or invalid, those terms will
be deleted and will not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of the other terms and conditions.

5.5. These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties, and also replace all
previous discussions, representations, understandings, and agreements.

5.6. We have the right to modify, change or supplement any of the terms under these terms and conditions
at any time, with prior notice to you.

5.7. In case of any disputes, we reserve the final decision-making rights.

5.8. These terms and conditions will be interpreted according to the laws of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and you and we are subject to the jurisdiction of
the Hong Kong courts. We may make corrections and amendments to these terms and conditions from
time to time without prior notice to you.

6. Ordering Information

6.1. The online store only accepts orders for delivery to designated delivery addresses in Hong Kong, or
self-pickup at our TST shop or Kwai Chung office location.

6.2. When you place an order with us, you are agreeing to submit a purchase request to us according to
these terms and conditions, and you are authorizing us to deliver the product to the billing address you
specified. A confirmation message will be send once payment is received and the shipment send. We
reserve the right to reject an order due to payment issues, or for any other reason. If we are unable to fulfill
your order, we will notify you by phone or email.

6.3. After we accept your purchase request, we will confirm the acceptance of the order with you, and also
notify you of the time and date for delivery or for collection at your chosen locations (in-store or office).

6.4. If the complimentary gift items that come with the product you ordered have been depleted, you will
be notify. You have the right to accept an alternative gift we suggest, choose to cancel the order, or proceed
with purchase.

6.5. How to purchase?
Online ordering: Local delivery available
- Shipping charges: Free for orders over HK$300 (after discounts), HK$50 delivery fee will be charge for
orders below HK$300.
- At checkout, you can select different delivery method: SF Express - Delivered to Door, SF station/locker or
self-pickup in-Store (TST)or Kwai Chung office location.
- Prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

6.6. Payment methods

- Once card transaction is completed, a confirmation email will be send to you .
- We accept VISA/MasterCard/American Express.

6.7. Delivery Time
- Shipping notification, the order will be delivered within approximately 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
- If public holidays or inclement weather occur during the ordering period, the delivery time may be flexibly extended.
- Prior to shipping, Herbap Matrix reserves the right to cancel the order based on inventory status.

7. Ownership of Products

7.1. Until the customer has paid the full amount for the purchased products, we will retain ownership of
the relevant products, and the associated ownership and risk will transfer to the customer upon delivery of
the products by the delivery personnel.

7.2. We have the right to destroy any goods that have not been collected within 30 days of the order
confirmation notice, without further notice to you. In such a case, we will not provide any refund or
compensation to you; we reserve the right to continue charging you for storage fees.

7.3. In no event shall we be liable for any loss of revenue (whether direct or indirect), profits, or any
indirect or consequential losses that you may incur as a result of your transaction with us.
